Every Wednesday night at raices y brazos my friend teaches a class on breath. Through breathing we are able to heal our bodies. The focus is on the exhale by rhythmically breathing. After a short while you can feel your body tingle as the oxygen flows like water through you body.
Tonight was the first time I feel like I experienced it correctly. Your body just starts tingling and you can feel even deeper vibrations in area of past trauma. For me it was in my right foot from my accident. It was a pretty deep experience and that is why I am sharing this with the friends who read this.
